About Vancouver Timeshares

There are a lot of Vancouver timeshares to choose from and they come in all shapes and sizes and are located all over the city but for the most part they are in the downtown city core close to the best beaches, places to shop, and lots of the best places to eat and sights to see in the city.

We’ve met people who were visiting Vancouver and actually came and stayed at a hotel for their two week Vancouver vacation in vacation share apartment that was just like the $700,000.00 condos, apartments and townhouses that people here live in with the exception of having to do the vacuuming or other house chores.

They said that they just went to their timeshare owner’s website and did a “timeshare swap” with another owner for the specific time that they wanted to visit Vancouver during the summer and they have also done the same thing with a investment Whistler timeshare owner so they can come visit Vancouver in the summer and then visit Whistler in the winter for a family ski vacation.

That is what I call a “nice lifestyle!”

Many of these companies own properties all over the world besides Whistler BC, Canada and Vancouver. I think that you’ll really see the demand for Vancouver accommodations as well as Whistler accommodations leading up to and during the 2010 Olympic Games and after that because the secret will really be out about some of the best skiing in the world is in Whistler and Vancouver being the best city in the world.

When you think about it, if you love going to Whistler and Vancouver then you wouldn’t have to worry about booking a hotel or having to worry about the rising costs or hotel stays and that there aren’t very many cheap Vancouver hotels these days because you would have your Vancouver accommodations or Whistler accommodations already sorted out well in advance and you’d also have the option of trading your Vancouver vacation time.

Financing the investment:

I’ve been really looking into if I wanted to buy my timeshare (when that time comes of course) here in Vancouver or in Whistler and then the second question comes in of “how do I pay for it?” so I’ve learned that there are a number of ways you can structure yourself to get your dream Vancouver vacation or Whistler vacation.
