Vancouver Movies November Gossip :-)

Hi it's me again with some new gossip about the film industry in Vancouver and movies being made and the stars in them!

Miss me? Hey lie to me anyways! I've been busy working at my real job instead of being a Vancouver movie star spy but I have tons to tell you because they are making tons of movies here in Vancouver and some really big ones starting later this year!

One of the new movies that started shooting in Vancouver is called "SAFETY GLASS" starring Hilary Duff who just finished another movie called "GRETA" yeah she's a busy woman! Anyways the movie is a drama about a reporter (played by Hilary Duff) who gets involved in the lives of some of the teens in the area when she's supposed to be covering the space shuttle Challenger launch.

Some of the other cast on the movie are Steve Coogan (who plays Campbell Babbitt in the movie you might know him from others like the TV series called "Saxondale" or Hot Fuzz where he played the Metropolitan Police Inspector which was pretty funny he also was Octavius in Night at the Museum (more news on this movie later okay)

Amanda Seyfried played Lilly Kane "Veronica Mars" and worked on CSI: Las Vegas!

Amber Tamblyn played Valerie Barreiro "CSI: Miami" and 45 episodes of "Joan of Arcadia" as Joan Girardi

And, Molly Shannon a great actor from way back on "Saturday Night Live" a true classic show! She's also done a lot of TV shows like "Pushing Daisies" "American Dad!" and Evan Almighty to name a few!

I don't know if the writer strike will effect the amount of celebs making movies in Vancouver because I hear many movie stars are buying houses here in Vancouver. I'll try to add more later stay tuned to this bat channel for more news!
