Tron to be filmed in Vancouver

I heard they are filming a re-make of the movie TRON which was awesome for it’s time with excellent special effects in the 1980’s is going to be filmed in Vancouver

I heard its going to be called “TR2N” and star Jeff Bridges who was in the original movie, Jada Pinkett Smith, Karl Urban, John Hurt, Ricky Gervais, Sean Connery.

In the original movie they were trying to stop hackers and they entered the “cyber-world” and had great action sequences chasing each other along the light grids and circuit boards and even today the special effects they used is in its own class of “cool” I remember watching it as a teenage over and over on our Beta VCR!

They are also calling it TRON 2.0 and The Grid so keep an eye out for it filming in a Vancouver neighborhood area near you! And keep your eyes peeled for Jada Pinkett Smith! Maybe Will Smith will be in Vancouver during the filming of it.
