Post winter 2010 it is speculated that the costs of the same rental houses and apartments in Vancouver will be significantly higher than that and quite possibly start at $1500 per month.

One might want to consider purchasing a townhouse or condominium in Vancouver prior to Winter 2010 as the real estate in Vancouver is and has been for a very long time a very hot real estate market in North America and the Pacific Rim or Asia-Pacific as is also known.
