Having Your Own Map of Vancouver

A map of Vancouver (pronounced "Vancoover") is a handy thing to have especially when you are new or visiting the city so you can get around from A to B on your own.

This way you don't need to ask everybody for directions who may or may not know how to get where you are going.

I'm sure you've found yourself in an unfamiliar city and needing directions.

...you stop and ask somebody and they don't know and it worse when they don't know but they don't want to say they don't know so they end up giving you wrong directions.

... and worst still is one tourist asking another tourist where a certain place is. It can be crazy making.

With you have your own map of Vancouver you don't need to ask people for directions all the time.

You can figure out where you are going the day before, jump in your rental car (perhaps) with your map and you are off and running...

Be it off to one a day trips to say Harrison Hot Springs or the Burns Bog area.

The best and easiest street map to use is called "Street Wise Vancouver".

These books are great because instead of one big fold out paper each neighborhood and specific area is shown. Look for them at convenience stores and gas stations. Otherwise if you are just now planning your trip have Street Wise Vancouver mailed to you.
