Girl in Wet Suit
This life-sized statue is posed gracefully on a big boulder with a mask pushed up over head but she has no tank. When the tide is high it looks like she is floating on top of the water. Sometimes people think she is a mermaid like the famous one in Copenhagen but if you look at her feet you can see that she is wearing flippers. And if you look at her quickly you might mistake her for a harbour seal that has climbed up unto a boulder. Seagulls like to perch on the head of girl in wet suit and Canada geese like to swim around nearby to keep her company. As you’re walking along the seawall you’ll find the girl in wet suit just before Lumbermen’s arch and the kids’ waterfront park. Vancouver's Stanley Park Attractions:Amphitheatre
