Delilah's
Delilah’s is a sinful and delightful Vancouver (pronounced “Vancoover”) martini bar and restaurant. Once you’ve stepped inside you’ll swear you’ve stumbled into an intimate Victorian den you know the kind where the women wear fabulous clothes and red painted nails and the men are in pin-striped three piece suits. In Delilah’s decadent setting the lights are dim with lots of candlelight and the décor is plush red velvet and the ceilings are hand-painted and for extra romantic dining there are private velvet booths with curtains. Delilah’s is infamously known for creating an astounding variety of martini’s. There are 40 on the menu…anything from Funky Monkey with vodka, crème de cacao and banana liqueur to Champs D’Alize with vodka, champagne, alize and passion fruit juice. You can order a-la-carte from the menu or choose a 2 or 4 course dinner for a fixed price. The menu includes seafood, rack of lamb, Cornish game hen and beef tenderloin. All meals are prepared from scratch with local and seasonal ingredients. I love dining here the atmosphere is always fun and great for whatever you maybe celebrating and one or two martini’s also help. Delilah’s promises to spoil you and they definitely do. With more than 5,000 places to eat, Vancouver is considered one of the top places on the continent to have a meal out for both variety and quality.
