Cruise from Seattle to Vancouver
I am looking for a cruise from Seattle to Vancouver. It is for 4 people, an older couple (my parents) and my husband and I.
We want to fly into Seattle, spend a couple of days and then cruise up to Vancouver, where we'd also spend a couple of days. What cruise do you recommend?
There is an overnight Seattle-Victoria-Vancouver package by Clipper Vacations where you travel by ferry and motor-coach (bus).
Your trip will start in Seattle at Pier 69 and cruise to Victoria. This leg of the trip takes about 2½ hours and you'll travel through Puget Sound where you'll see magnificent coastal mountains topped with snow and secluded islands. Don't forget your camera!
You'll arrive in downtown Victoria at the Inner Harbour. This is the perfect place to be for an afternoon of sight-seeing around the city (like a mini day-trip).
After you check into your Victoria hotel room go for a walk along the Inner Harbour boardwalk or take a horse drawn carriage tour and stop in at the Fairmont Empress Hotel for afternoon high tea.
The next morning a motor-coach will take you to the Victoria ferry terminal for the 1½ hour ferry trip from Victoria to Vancouver and then on to your Vancouver hotel.
In Vancouver there is no end of things to see and do so make sure to take a look around our website to find out about Vancouver's must see attractions like Stanley Park.
It's best to call and speak to someone at Clipper Vacations because they are somehow able to rearrange everything and get you from Seattle to Vancouver-Victoria and back to Seattle.
The phone number for Clipper Vacations is 1-800-888-2535.
So there you go Jane, hope you have a great trip and visit here in Vancouver.
Please be sure to come back and give us your feedback and review of your trip.
