Cin Cin
Cin Cin is a hideaway restaurant above street level on fashionable Robson Street in downtown Vancouver (pronounced “Vancoover”).
From the street you walk up a winding staircase that takes you to the lobby and dining room. The restaurant is inspired by the Mediterranean with tile floor, potted trees and warm colors accented with original works of art and antiques. From the kitchen a wood fired oven and a wood fired grill glow into to the dining room area which makes it very cozy... and, there’s a covered and heated patio that makes a romantic retreat. The menu changes by season and it’s mainly Italian cuisine. You’ll find dishes like risotto paired with crab, vegetables and herbs and hand cut pasta served with walnuts, spinach and gorgonzola. One of the worst kept secrets in Vancouver is that Cin Cin is a restaurant that seems to be a favorite with movie stars that are filming movies and television series in town...So, being discrete of course sneak a peak around at the other dinner guests. You never know who maybe dining in the restaurant the same time as you. Cin Cin is pronounced “chin-chin” and it’s a toast to good health With more than 5,000 places to eat, Vancouver is considered one of the top places on the continent to have a meal out for both variety and quality.
