Capilano River Regional Park

Capilano River Regional Park is a great place to spend at least a few hours getting in touch with nature while here in Vancouver (pronounced "Vancoover").

Capilano River Regional Park

There is the Cleveland Dam as well as the trails you can walk along, Eco trails and a salmon hatchery that you can go and tour.

Take a look around in that area you may find a number of the views that remind you of somewhere it’s probably because they filmed a lot of TV shows and feature films in that area.

So that’s the other place to go. It’s a nice local walk (hike to us couch potatoes) rain or shine. It’s not strenuous, you can stroll through and they also have guided tours through the Park.
