A Quick Look at Vancouver
After a quick look at Vancouver you'll be planning your vacation to the home of the next Winter Olympics (at Vancouver and Whistler in 2010). The City of Vancouver Is a pleasing combination of world class city and community minded neighborhoods surrounded by natural and splendid views. You'll notice when you arrive that the city has a good mix of cultural diversity. It's a favorite Canadian city both among people who live in other parts of the country and newcomers who come to live in Canada. A lot of that has to do with the fact that Vancouver has mild weather. It's basically a metropolitan city in a temperate rain forest with protected areas and nature reserves like Stanley Park and burns bog wetland close to the city. You will find all the great things you want in a world class city like fine dining, professional sports teams and shopping. Vancouver Entertainment Comes in many forms. There is outdoor sports and recreation like whale watching, learning to kayak, playing a round of golf at one of the many Vancouver golf courses or skiing at a local mountain (Cypress Mountain, Grouse Mountain)
