ACADEMIE DUELLO in Vancouver is the only school of it's kind in North America.

Academie Duello, is a school of Modern Swordplay with over 4000 square feet of practice space for classes in the longsword,side sword, quarterstaff, spear, rapier, sword and shield and other chivalrous arts.

Offering monthly workshops in falconry, stage combat, umbrella self defense, archery, bartitsu and a world renowned Knight Camp each spring and summer for children aged 8-14, Academie Duello is a unique experience for anyone wanting to dabble in this fascinating world of knightly virtue.

In addition to practice space in our newly opened location, conveniently close to Waterfront station at 412 W. Hastings in Vancouver, Academie Duello also boasts a newly launched Arms and Armor museum and a fully stocked store and library.

For passerbys and travelers, the first class is always free and one can choose to register in any nightly classes, or book private lessons with any of our highly trained instructors.

Taste of the Renaissance and Warrior Fundamentals classes run at $99 for 8 one hour classes.
Youth Classes begin at $70/ month and we offer 15% for family/siblings who also sign up.
